Taleb H. Al-theanat. Mr. Altheant has 6+ experience in RE and EE education, small & large-scale utility-interactive and stand alone PV projects design, Battery Energy Storage systems design, & DG integration to the grid. He is currently the MENA Director at GIEE and a project manager at Hydrogen for Energy systems.
Mr. Altheanat was a Research Scientist at the Nanotechnology Institute at Jordan University of Science & Technology. He was a Planning Engineer at Eversource Energy Co. in Westwood, MA, USA.
Mr. Altheanat holds a M.S. degree in electrical engineering and renewable energy from the University of Bridgeport, USA with a 4.0 GPA out of 4.0 (with first class honors). He is the author of one book and several research papers & articles.
Mr. Al-theanat is a member of the Global Institute of Electrical Engineering (GIEE), the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Jordan Engineers Association (JEA), Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and Golden Key International Honour Society.
Mr. Al-theanat awards and honors include a Shield of Excellence, Royal Department for Protecting Environment/RANGERS, Jordan, April 26, 2018, a Certificate of Accomplishment, University of Bridgeport, May 6, 2017, Love of Learning Award, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society on November 14, 2016, AAAEA 10th Annual Scholarship on November 13, 2016 and the University of Bridgeport Electrical Engineering (M.S) Academic Achievement Award in May 2016.
