·         Mr. Fayed have 15 years in Middle East and GCC high level of expertise in electrical distribution construction design and supervision of projects plus working for Project Management Organizations for managing Consultants and Contractors during project phases. The extensive experience have been gained through working for Residential communities, Office buildings, Educational premises, Hotels, Industrial facilities, High rise and large mixed use developments and Oil/gas projects plants.

Mr. Fayed have finished more than 25 PROJECT as a designer, 45 project as team leader for design team and more than 7 projects as construction supervision.

 Mr. Fayed have an engineering skills to  Prepare design, FEED, Detailed engineering and detailed shop drawing for the following; lux calculations, lighting & power layouts, single line diagrams & panel board schedules, load flow analysis, short circuit analysis, cable sizing, power feeder schedules, control cables schedules, voltage drop calculations, short circuit calculations,  selectivity study for protection devices, motor starting analysis, earthing calculations, step & touch voltage calculations & earthing layouts low current systems (CCTV, fire alarm, tel, data, security systems) lightning protection layout and calculations , beside his construction management skills regarding Review and evaluate electrical material submittals , shop drawings , method statements , inspection test plans , quality and commissioning plans , attending testing and commissioning activities for all type of electrical work on project completion and on FAT tests .
