• Help administer cable failure analysis program including tracking cable failure locations and assisting with the collection and analysis of failed underground cables.

• Database queries utilizing Access, Crystal, and Excel to assist in the preparation of distribution system reliability reports. Utilize internal business applications such as Fast view, Map viewer to contribute towards customer inquiries and reliability reporting.
• Field work assisting engineers in the analysis of outages and the preparation of field incident reports to determine/present root cause. Determine and provide correctional maintenance plans with the guidance of senior engineers.
